1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by AbrahamWills Care Limited.
2. Services
We provide commercial, residential, and home care services including caregiving, cleaning, housekeeping, companionship, and household support.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information about their needs, care needs and health conditions.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment must be made in advance or as agreed
- Late payments may result in suspension of services
5. Service Limitations
We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing medical conditions
- Emergency medical situations
- Third-party delays
6. Cancellations
Clients must provide reasonable notice for cancellations. A minimum of 48 hours.
7. Liability
We take reasonable care but are not liable for unforeseen events beyond our control.
8. Changes to Service
- We reserve the right to adjust services based on availability and staffing.
9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and applicable international standards.
